A Bespoke 2-hour team workout where all participants will be split into small groups and after a fun and thorough warm up, will go head to head in a friendly competition. Working through a lengthened and tailored version of one of our sessions, all aiming to get their high scores on the leaderboard.

Our sessions make use of the Farm Fitness facilities, from sand-bags to jumping hay bales. As well using our huge array of modern metabolic conditioning machines, state of the art functional fitness rig and more traditional exercise staples, such a free weights and Olympic barbells.

After a brief cool down, we’ll serve up delicious, replenishing shakes from our protein sponsor (to kick start the recovery process after two hours of hard graft!).

Our BRONZE Package includes:

2 hour Farm Fitness Team workout
Post workout protein shake

The Gold Package offer is not only 2-hour team workout, but followed by a post workout yoga session, protein shake and nutritious meal.

All participants will be split into small groups and after a fun and thorough warm up, will go head to head in a friendly competition. Working through a lengthened and tailored version of one of our sessions, all aiming to get their high scores on the leaderboard. Our sessions make use of the Farm Fitness facilities, from sand-bags to jumping hay bales. As well using our huge array of modern metabolic conditioning machines, state of the art functional fitness rig and more traditional exercise staples, such a free weights and Olympic barbells.

As above, but with an additional yoga cool down session, stretch and relax with our amazing yoga coach Marcella.

We can also arrange goodie bags, including Farm Fitness work-out shirts and drinking bottles. Followed by a nutrition seminar from our Performance Nutritionist.

We have a 14 day cancellation period policy. To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please email mail@farmfitness.co.uk. Should a 14 day cancellation or rescheduling notice not be given and you fail to turn up on the day, the full amount of your corporate package booked will be payable.
